Information we collect

VisaTrackr does not require registration or collect personal information. We do not store your IP address or your visa application details.

We use standard web analytics (page views, country-level geography) to understand usage patterns. This data is aggregated and cannot identify individual users.

If you post in the discussion, we keep your post and the name you chose. Your browser also makes a random key for this site and sends it with your posts, so we can tell which posts came from the same phone, for example to thank people who help others. We store only a scrambled copy of that key and never show it. A scrambled copy of your network address is kept for 24 hours to stop spam, then deleted.

If you turn on reply notifications, we keep your browser's notification address and the threads you follow, so we can tell you when someone replies. Nothing else is sent, and “Turn off all” in Saved deletes them straight away.

If you send us a message through “Report a problem”, we keep what you wrote and your email address so we can reply, and delete them after 90 days.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to ensure the site functions properly. If you see ads on this site (via Google AdSense), Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your browsing history. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ad Settings.

Data sources

The visa processing data displayed on this website is derived from publicly available courier tracking information. We do not access any private, authenticated, or restricted systems. No personal applicant information (names, passport numbers, or application IDs) is collected, stored, or displayed.

  • Google AdSense — serves advertisements; subject to Google's privacy policy
  • Cloudflare — hosts the website and provides CDN and data storage; subject to Cloudflare's privacy policy
